FASTER UK DELIVERY, WITH THE SAVINGS PASSED ON TO YOU

if you've ordered from us in the uk recently, you may have spotted a change at checkout. royal mail tracked 48 is now our standard delivery, next day delivery costs less, and delivery is still free on orders over £60.

it's a small change on the surface. behind it is a decision we've been working towards for a while, and one that came straight from you.

FASTER DELIVERY, SAVINGS PASSED ON

by negotiating with our suppliers and reducing the cost of running our uk operation, we've been able to speed up delivery without raising our standard delivery charge. rather than keep those savings, we've put them into getting your order to you sooner.

“you told us you wanted your orders sooner, without a big delivery charge. we heard you.”

royal mail tracked 48 now costs the same £4.95 as our old overseas warehouse option. for next day delivery, check the cut-off time at checkout before you order. our starter set is the simplest way past the £60 free-delivery line.

WHY THE OVERSEAS OPTION HAS GONE

until now, uk customers could choose delivery from our overseas warehouse. some couriers charged less than royal mail, so it let us offer a cheaper option, and for a while that felt like the right trade-off.

but you told us about the wait. when you're running low on something you use every day, a lower delivery charge only goes so far if the parcel takes longer than you'd like. nobody wants to ration the last of a bottle while watching a tracking page.

so we've replaced it with royal mail tracked 48, at the same £4.95.

YOUR FEEDBACK MADE THIS HAPPEN

you told us delivery speed mattered, and that paying more just to get your order sooner was frustrating. that gave us one clear priority: improve the service without making delivery more expensive.

it's how the brand started, too. jamie founded hair guru london after years of frustration with keratin fibres, then spent two years testing materials until he found one he trusted. listening when something isn't working, then fixing it, is still how decisions get made here.

“keeping delivery affordable matters. getting your order to you quickly matters too. i'm pleased we've been able to improve both.”
