Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible orders. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Plastic security tags must be fully intact. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and all returns must be authorised in advance by our team.

Used, opened or tampered cosmetic products will not be refunded under any circumstance. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Costs and Restocking Fee
Customers are responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee applies to all accepted returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@hairgurulondon.com. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund if necessary.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on opened or used products, gift cards, or sale items.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll confirm if the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus any restocking fee and shipping charges.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, contact info@hairgurulondon.com.

International Orders (outside the UK)
The same 30-day return window applies. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our UK address. Refunds will be issued in the original currency paid. Please allow up to 15 business days for international refund processing.
