Cancellation policy
This policy applies to all cancellations, including one-time orders, subscriptions, and pre-orders.
Standard Orders
Once your order is placed, it is processed immediately and sent to our fulfilment partner. This means we cannot guarantee cancellations after purchase. If you email us quickly at info@hairgurulondon.com, we’ll do our best to intercept the order before it ships, but once fulfilment has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any returned orders will follow our standard Returns Policy, including a 15% restocking fee.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration selected. Your payment method is securely stored and charged automatically for each recurring order.
Subscriptions include a built-in discount and require a minimum of two payments before cancellation is permitted. Early cancellation requests will not be approved unless the second charge has been completed.
You can manage your subscription at any time using the link in your order confirmation email. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve a product that is currently out of stock or launching soon. We may charge either a deposit or full payment upfront, and the remaining balance will be taken before dispatch.
You may cancel a pre-order any time before it is fulfilled. Once it has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Refunds will follow our Returns Policy, including any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping costs.
