- One reward per order. The total refund is capped at the amount you paid for the order, including the 100% tier.
- To qualify, your video must feature a Hair Guru London product clearly and genuinely in use, tag @hairgurulondon, and include #ad in the caption. Reels on Instagram or TikTok qualify for the public track.
- Join within 60 days of your order being delivered and post within 30 days of joining.
- The base refund (10%) is processed after your post has been live for 7 consecutive days and has passed verification.
- View tiers are assessed once, 30 days after your post goes live, using the platform's public view counter. Only organic views count. Views from advertising spend, whether yours or ours, and views from purchased engagement are excluded. Evidence of purchased views or bot activity disqualifies the submission.
- Your post must remain publicly live for 365 days. If it is deleted, archived or made private before then, we reserve the right to reclaim the refund and remove you from the programme.
- By submitting a video (publicly or privately) you grant Hair Guru London a worldwide, royalty-free licence to re-use, edit and publish it on our channels and in our advertising, including running it as a partnership ad from your handle with your approval. You always keep ownership of your video.
- Private track: videos submitted privately earn 10% of the order value in store credit, issued as a gift card after approval. The same content rules and re-use licence apply.
- Refunds go to the original payment method. Store credit never expires.
- We may decline content that is misleading, offensive or off-brand, and we may amend or close the programme for future orders at any time. Being removed from the programme never affects your statutory rights.

What should the reel actually show?
The honest stuff performs best: your hair before, the fibres going in, the after. A 20 to 40 second application video with a genuine reaction beats anything scripted. Show the bottle at some point so people know what you used.
Do I have to show my face or scalp?
No. Plenty of great reels are shot from behind or above, showing just the hair. That said, before and after transformations are what go viral. If you'd rather keep it off your own profile entirely, use the private option.
When do I actually get the money?
The base refund lands after your post has been live for 7 days and we've verified it. View bonuses are checked once, 30 days after posting, and topped up within 7 days of that check.
What counts as an organic view?
Views your post earns on its own. If we put paid spend behind your video (which we sometimes do with your approval), those views don't count toward your tier, and neither do views from any promotion you pay for.
What if my reel blows up after day 30?
Tiers are locked at the day 30 check so everyone is measured the same way. If your video keeps growing after that, talk to us anyway. If it genuinely goes viral we'll want to work with you again.
Can I do this on both Instagram and TikTok?
Post wherever you like, but pick one post per order to submit. Your tier is measured on that post's views.
